I came to design through finance — investment banking, asset management, CFA candidate. I know the sporadic research, the tedious reports, the Excel models built from scratch at 2am. Behind every inefficient tool or workflow is a human being: an analyst under pressure, a manager making million-dollar calls, a founder betting everything. Those people deserve tools built with the same rigor and care they bring to their work.

That's led me to design AI research tools for fintech and investment discovery platforms that help surface climate-conscious opportunities, where better design directly changes what decisions get made, and by whom.

I've also led design at startups and studios, so I know how to move fast without losing the craft. Accessibility, to me, isn't a checklist. It's the same question I always start with: who's being left out, and what would it take to include them?

These problems are still largely unsolved. I'm here to change that.
